What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support recruiting and talent sourcing efforts within a large organization
- Understand and execute the recruiting lifecycle effectively
- Develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives under tight deadlines
- Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines
- Adhere to proper protocols and procedures in communication with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruiting or sourcing capacity
- Experience in a large tech organization
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with multiple parties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- Experience sourcing for a large technology company
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in technical recruiting and candidate screening
- Background from early careers is highly preferred
