Lead and manage the regional University talent partner delivery team
Design, implement and complete robust, innovative, university specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top university talent and meet hiring goals across EMEA
Evolve current assessment processes, build future designs and advise on best methodologies
Develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with key diversity partners, academic and student organizations to promote Adobe’s presence at our partner Universities
Represent the EMEA landscape as part of Global University organisation & localise our go to market strategy in EMEA while staying consistent with Adobe culture and brand
Development of social media as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool by partnering with social media experts like LinkedIn and other creative resources to develop recruiting related marketing programs
Own & drive your team to implement an exceptional candidate experience and be a trusted partner to business leaders and hiring managers ensuring we are delivering to meet the talent needs of the organisation
Collaborate with fellow Talent Acquisition Managers, Global University Team members, the Employee experience team and direct reports to deliver against our shared goal of hiring the best students to fuel Adobe’s growth
Create a culture of Innovation within team; drive the team to innovate and challenge the status quo
Effectively communicate, operate and influence across a multi geography matrix structure
Act as a Champion for University talent by appropriately and continuously communicating successes and wins throughout the organization to enhance credibility and reputation
Develop and utilise data insights and metrics, ensuring our data informs decisions and metrics to drive performance
Experience in university recruiting or relevant field, and an experienced people leader
Experience in leading recruitment teams across Tech & Non-Tech functions
Deep understanding of student volume recruitment process design and execution
You will thrive in a matrix and be a voice of the EMEA University recruiting.
Strong collaborative and partnering skills across geographies
Strong programmatic skills, be able to drive action across areas such as Talent Branding and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Highly organised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrives on working to high standards by exceeding targets and goals in a fast-paced environment

As University Talent Manager in EMEA you will lead the regional University Recruiting team, consisting of Talent Partners spread across several countries in EMEA and own our attraction strategy and conversion of top students into Adobe.
We’re looking for a TA leader with a passion for student recruitment who can evolve how we engage and attract top talent from universities.
