      Eligibility

      To qualify for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

      • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Marketing or a related field).
      • Rising Sophomore and above required (30 Credits or more).
      • Available to work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week.

      • Applications Open: February 2nd - March 8th.
      • Program Dates: June – Aug (10 weeks).
      • Full-time Los Angeles based role.

      Job Description

      Responsibilities

      • Assists with updates to project trackers, project management tools, budget trackers, or other ad hoc reports.
      • Takes notes, helps to track agenda points, keeps meetings on track and on time, and recaps next steps to drive business forward.
      • Assists in identifying and recommending efficiencies and processes for parks retail share-outs, meetings, and presentations.
      • Supports preparation and development of customized account presentations, including watermarking, uploading, and distributing to key partners.
      • Relays creative feedback to outside agencies/vendors.
      • Partners with legal teams to facilitate and distribute feedback and approvals.
      • Tracks & manages brand creative projects within Universal’s Parks retail locations.
      • Supports with respective projects budget, including budget planning, quarterly forecasting and pacing along with PO creation and invoicing and vendor set up.
      • Builds relationships across the organization and with outside agencies to drive efficiency, productivity, and executional goals.
      • Additional duties as needed to meet business needs.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications/Requirements

      • Pursing a college degree, ideally in operations or related field.
      • A team player prioritizing partnership, with the ability to follow instructions and follow through on projects.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting/competing priorities and stretch assignments.
      • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening as well as a professional presentation.
      • Basic project management skills, including, note taking, scheduling, budgeting, attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
      • Must be self-motivated & enjoy working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
      • Proficient in MAC, including Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.
      • Knowledge of Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator and Project Management software a plus.

      • Comfortable dealing with people at all levels and easily collaborates
      • Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic when interacting with others
      • A passion and interest in consumer products, film/content, franchise/marketing strategy and studio process
      • A long-term interest in project management

      Additional Requirements:

      • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

      Salary: $17/hour - $20/hour
