What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process billing inquiries, investigate meter reads, and resolve requests related to billing accuracy
- Handle emergency calls and assist customers with service orders, including move-ins and transfers
- Process refunds, compensation requests, and changes to customer accounts
- Route escalated issues for resolution and provide information on special programs
- Meet individual deadlines, metrics, and team goals while working cooperatively with colleagues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs and systems
- Must be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; bilingual candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience
- 2-5 years of previous work-from-home customer service experience
- Utility industry experience
- Advanced computer skills, including the ability to type 60-65 WPM
- Experience with navigating multiple tabs and systems efficiently
