      About Our Program

      Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity.       The URBN 2024 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/3 through 8/9 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

      Overview:

      You love a challenge, keeping to a calendar and working as a team to make a product come to life!

      The Product Development and Sourcing Intern will support the daily operational functions of the Product Development and Sourcing teams in all aspects of product development. You will follow the collections from inception until the style is approved or dropped. You will maintain key cross functional relationships with internal partners: design, buying and production.

      What Will You Be Doing?

      · Aid in analyzing design/development line plans & report workflow needs

      · Coordinate, assign, and schedule appropriate meetings, according to development calendar.

      · Assist with sample and fabric organization/management

      · Help maintain department calendar & communications

      · Professionally communicate via email and in person, design, production and buying team members.

      What You Will Bring!

      · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      · Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel Skills required.

      · Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks. manage time effectively

      · Strong relationship and communication skills

      · Attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.

      Summer Internship Program Application Process:
