      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide functional support for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM modules including Base Benefits, eBenefits, and Benefit Administration
      - Research and document requirements from business users and translate them into functional specifications
      - Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system reliability
      - Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve production schedule issues
      - Develop and maintain business process workflows and related documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional analyst/lead in PeopleSoft
      - Proven experience in stakeholder engagement to analyze needs and define functional requirements
      - Advanced knowledge of business processes and implementation approaches
      - Expert-level knowledge in PeopleSoft modules setups, configurations, and control tables
      - Experience in configuring workflow using PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in at least two PeopleSoft 9.2 implementation projects
      - Familiarity with analyzing PUM images and their impact on PeopleSoft applications
      - Strong documentation and communication skills
