      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology in key strategic markets
      - Train new Gynecologists and Urologists to achieve total practice autonomy
      - Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters for training and observation
      - Build a robust data set demonstrating the clinical and economic value of the company's technology
      - Conduct strategic market development activities in partnership with sales leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Urology or Gynecology preferred
      - Proven ability to influence peers and manage complexity in a changing environment
      - Excellent communication skills across diverse organizational focuses
      - Strong clinical selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility
      - Track record of sales excellence
