What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide second line response and triage for security alerts
- Analyze logs and security events to understand root cause
- Take ownership for security incidents and incident management on shift
- Generate customer-facing security reports
- Perform proactive threat hunting across customer and company environments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity
- Understanding of networking infrastructure, protocols, and topology
- Experience with SIEM, MDR, EDR, and vulnerability management tools
- Proficient in the use of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Strong customer-facing experience both verbally and written
