      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in financial performance reporting and analysis of results at the end of each accounting period
      - Support budgeting, annual target setting, and in-year forecasts based on guidance from financial leadership
      - Conduct research on cost postings to analyze project costs, utilizing SAP and other data sources
      - Reconcile accounts and prepare invoice requests for both government and non-government customers
      - Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting finance and cross-functional business process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Business or Finance with 4+ years of experience in Business or Finance, or a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with 0-1 year of experience
      - Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
      - Experience working as a business or financial analyst in a large corporation
      - Proficiency with SAP software
      - Completion of 9 hours of accounting classes

      - Experience in defense or aerospace finance
      - Familiarity with financial analysis techniques and methodologies
      - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
