What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a robust US growth strategy focusing on market analysis and sales forecasts
- Manage relationships with current clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Research target markets and prospective accounts to attract new clients
- Collaborate with distributors to drive additional sales growth and identify new opportunities
- Attend industry events and travel as necessary to engage with clients and gather market feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in solution-based sales to B2B, distributor, and rental clients
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a stadium and arena environment with turf protection solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with leadership at all levels
- Willingness to travel across the continent (over 50%)
