      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and organize U.S. patent docket for multiple IP attorneys
      - Prepare client formalities for execution
      - File various types of patent applications and follow-up on submission requirements
      - Perform assignment searches and recordings
      - Manage dockets and calendars with awareness of filing deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum ten years of experience as a patent prosecution paralegal
      - Knowledge of U.S. patent rules and procedures
      - High proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
      - Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
      - Four-year degree or equivalent law firm experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with Filesite software
      - Ability to engage in active listening and maintain confidentiality
      - Experience with high stress situations
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
