Flexibility to work overtime, especially during peak recruiting periods and flexibility to travel, will be requested as needed. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

      About the role
      As a Global Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and initiatives related to associate hiring programs. There will be a focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging strategies, law school outreach, recruiting data and operations. This role will report to the US Recruiting Manager – Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and assist the Directors of Associate Recruiting, the Recruiting Managers, the Recruiting Senior Coordinators, and the local recruiting teams, as needed, with all phases of recruiting efforts. Other key responsibilities include:

      • Providing support to Global Recruiting team on all aspects of the firms efforts as it relates to lateral and entry level hiring, diversity hiring, pipeline programs, marketing, summer program and other law school programs
      • Coordinating the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion pipeline programs, including various scholarship programs and Academies
      • Supporting the Global Recruiting/Diversity Leadership subcommittee, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and helping them fulfil their initiatives and goals
      • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal affinity group organizations to enhance the reputation of the firm in the local, regional, and national legal marketplace; managing sponsorships of external partners and lining up attorneys for associated panel presentations and other events
      • Assisting with organization, tracking and planning of law school outreach activities and sponsorships
      • Supporting initiatives of the Global Recruiting Committee and the Attorney Development Department, with emphasis on assisting local offices in their efforts, in addition to US hiring programs, initiatives, and projects

      We’d love to hear from you if you:

      • Demonstrate a well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
      • Possess the ability to develop and maintain a courteous, professional and effective working relationship with clients, vendors, and other representatives of external organizations

      And have:

      • A High school diploma or equivalent
      • A Bachelor’s degree
      • A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in relevant DEI programming or recruiting, legal recruitment, or professional services experience

      Compensation & Benefits
      Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $72,000 – $85,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
