      Job Description:
      • We are seeking an experienced eLearning Instructional Designer / Multimedia Developer to support the design and development of high-impact learning solutions.
      • This role focuses heavily on video-based learning and interactive eLearning, working with complex content across multiple delivery modalities including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning.
      • The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise combined with advanced multimedia and video development skills.

      Roles & Responsibilities:
      • Apply instructional design theory and adult learning principles to design effective learning solutions.
      • Partner with subject matter experts, managers, trainers, and stakeholders to design and develop course content.
      • Develop complex eLearning programs and multimedia assets using tools such as Storyline, Vyond, and video platforms.
      • Create training programs from scratch, including conducting formal training needs analysis.
      • Design curricula and learning roadmaps aligned to business goals and performance outcomes.
      • Incorporate stakeholder feedback while managing tradeoffs and prioritizing business value.
      • Select appropriate learning media and methodologies based on audience, content, and learning objectives.
      • Design evaluation strategies and assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
      • Present recommendations, concepts, and designs confidently to stakeholders.
      • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse groups.

      Must Have:
      • Strong instructional design, eLearning, and multimedia development experience
      • Heavy emphasis on video development and storytelling
      • 3+ years of hands-on experience with:
      • Articulate (Storyline)
      • Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Premiere)
      • Vyond
      • Camtasia
      • Proven experience developing complex eLearning solutions.
      • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
      • Strong project management and analytical skills.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

      Nice to Have:
      • Experience augmenting eLearning tools with light custom programming.
      • Background designing learning for large or enterprise organizations.
      • Experience supporting performance-based or skills-based learning programs.
      • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and learning analytics.
