      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand and clarify user requirements and acceptance criteria
      - Develop UAT test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications
      - Execute test cases to validate software functionality, ensuring that the application meets user expectations and business requirements
      - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, development teams, and other QA team members to ensure a shared understanding of testing objectives
      - Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not adversely impact existing functionality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience required
      - Proven experience in user acceptance testing or a similar quality assurance role
      - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
      - Experience in healthcare technology industry
      - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
