      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in email marketing and end-to-end campaign management
      - Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs tailored to audience and channel effectiveness
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with high-quality execution
      - Proficiency in analyzing data to optimize strategies and measure marketing performance
      - Effective communication skills to convey marketing insights and engage with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with marketing asset creation using tools such as Canva and Figma
      - Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and experimentation in marketing strategies
      - Background in digital marketing and growth strategy development
      - Ability to identify local trends and innovate campaigns based on competitive benchmarking
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for continuous improvement
