      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage utility accounts for new and existing affordable housing properties, ensuring efficient service activations and billing
      - Monitor service interruptions and coordinate timely resolutions with vendors and property management teams
      - Investigate billing anomalies and consumption spikes to identify savings opportunities
      - Maintain databases for tracking utility usage, costs, and related records
      - Collaborate with maintenance and asset management teams to promote cost-effective conservation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Science, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - 2 years of utility management or billing experience within affordable housing, property management, or public sector programs
      - Strong understanding of utility billing practices and energy conservation strategies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with HUD, LIHTC, or similar affordable housing compliance programs
      - Familiarity with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager or other benchmarking tools
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
