      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and analyze electric and gas utility filings, including rate increase requests and renewable energy procurements
      - Conduct complex economic, financial, operational, technical, and policy analysis
      - Request and synthesize data from various sources to support recommendations
      - Research and apply relevant laws, Commission rules, and regulatory principles
      - Prepare Commission reports, staff analyses, and recommendations for legislative reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, business, engineering, science, mathematics, or a related discipline
      - Minimum of three years of relevant experience preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze information
      - Proficiency in executing complex analyses using tools like Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of utility ratemaking principles, utility operations, or electrical engineering
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Professional Engineer (PE) designations are desirable
