Basic mechanical comprehension
Ability to work with limited supervision
Must be able to understand safety requirements and basic risk assessments
Requires physical ability - lifting, bending, stooping, etc.
Ability to safely drive truck with trailer
One year institutional/commercial housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred
Annual Influenza Vaccination or declination required
Schedule: 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Temporary 90 day position
