      Responsibilities

      Day shift

      8am-4:30pm Or 9am 5:30pm

      No nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

      Reports to department Director and provides analytic support for a wide variety of data domains and business data needs. The Analyst leads multiple concurrent projects as well as provides data strategic initiatives and decisions. Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Collaborates with clients to modify or tailor existing analysis or reports to meet their specific needs. May participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action.

      Qualifications

      EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

      Required qualifications:

      1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

      2. Experience in analysis, interpretation and reporting data sets.

      3. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

      4. Ability to make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.

      5. Experience using varied statistical methods.

      6. Strong written and verbal communications skills.

      7. Experience managing revenue generating projects.

      8. Strong planning and organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

      9. Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solution.

      Preferred qualifications:

      · Good general business skills, high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics.

      · High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity.

      · Proficiency in MS Suite a plus.

      · RN or LSW

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $30 to $43.45. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
