      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer and route all incoming phone calls regarding pre-certification processes
      - Collect demographic, non-clinical, and provider data for pre-certification
      - Analyze service requests and manage them efficiently for optimal resolution
      - Maintain comprehensive documentation and perform accurate data entry
      - Achieve productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree preferred in business, management, or related field
      - Prior experience in customer service and/or medical background
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Accurate data entry skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse customer interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior insurance and/or claims background
      - Experience in medical front office, hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing
      - Knowledge of medical terminology; familiarity with ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS coding
