      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the research, development, and execution of marketing and promotional plans for assigned sports
      - Collaborate with various departments to implement marketing initiatives
      - Manage email communication and develop videoboard content
      - Serve as the "gameday producer," coordinating entertainment elements and staff on event days
      - Execute gameday promotions and create engaging experiences for fans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Passion for sports business and game presentation
      - Strong creative skills and ability to work as part of a team
      - Excellent customer relations skills in fast-paced environments
      - Reliable, outgoing, and able to interact well with people of all ages
      - Must be available to work football gamedays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sports marketing or event management
      - Familiarity with videoboard production and game day operations
      - Understanding of budget management and marketing strategies
      - Ability to create engaging content for promotional materials
      - Knowledge of community engagement practices
