Job Description
- Req#: 25-60378
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics.
- Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
- Advocate for best practices in user experience, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a product or software environment.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX deliverables and design thinking process.
