      UX Designer Technical Lead

      Dallas, TX

      JD:

      • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics.
      • Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
      • Advocate for best practices in user experience, accessibility, and responsive design.
      • Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
      • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
      • Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
      • 2+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a product or software environment.
      • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
      • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
      • Portfolio demonstrating UX deliverables and design thinking process.
