What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to significant projects within NBCUniversal's Operations & Technology division
- Support product design across multiple business functions as a UX Research intern
- Engage in design operations at an enterprise scale, including UX processes and workflows
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance media, broadcast, and studio operations
- Participate in networking and learning opportunities throughout the internship
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program (September 2025 through April 2026)
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require work visa sponsorship
- Availability to work 16-24 hours per week from September 15, 2025 - April 17, 2026
- Must be working from a location within a U.S. state during all hours worked
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Students with class standing of junior or above preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Working knowledge of FigJam and basic knowledge of Figma
- Experience with UX research methodologies and data analytics
- Familiarity with design systems, especially Material Design, is a big plus
