What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to significant projects within the Operations & Technology division of NBCUniversal
- Support product design across multiple business functions, including UX processes and design workflows
- Collaborate with the UX team and gain exposure to enterprise-scale design operations
- Engage in UX research and assist in the analysis of data analytics
- Participate in networking and development opportunities throughout the internship

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program (September 2025 through April 2026)
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship
- Must be available to work 16-24 hours per week from September 15, 2025 - April 17, 2026
- Must be located within a U.S. state during all hours worked

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Students with class standing of junior or above preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Working knowledge of FigJam and basic knowledge of Figma
- Experience with UX research methodologies and data analytics
- A portfolio of case studies, including research projects and writing samples
