What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define research objectives, needs, and scope in collaboration with project teams
- Conduct primary strategic research to gather actionable insights and data
- Plan and execute user research strategies and methods for various research programs
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and cross-functional teams regarding research findings
- Manage the research participant panel and user community, ensuring effective recruitment and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience, including conducting end-to-end research
- Proficiency in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research approaches
- Experience managing research participants and scheduling activities
- Strong ability to process, analyze, and synthesize data into meaningful insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with research tools such as Qualtrics, Lookback, FullStory, Lyssna, User Interviews, Figma, and SurveyMonkey
- Understanding of user needs and business challenges in the health supplement industry
