What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and conduct qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to deliver clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development
- Present research results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Maintain research documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the research process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in UX research, including multiple qualitative methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with industry-standard research tools and techniques
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in qualitative research with demonstrated skills in moderation and analysis
