What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the expert on user needs, workflows, and pain points within your designated area
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers on various UX research projects
- Conduct all stages of UX research, including planning, conducting, analyzing, and reporting insights
- Utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to address research questions
- Communicate project statuses and advocate for actionable insights to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep experience in running mixed-methods research
- Proven ability to work directly with stakeholders and guide them in research approaches
- Experience in a fast-paced, iterative environment with adaptability to change
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Ability to ramp up quickly in a highly technical domain
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on enterprise and/or developer tooling products
