What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the intranet experience using ServiceNow Employee Center Pro
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows
- Customize ServiceNow widgets, pages, and themes for enhanced user experience
- Collaborate with content owners and subject matter experts to ensure relevant knowledge content
- Monitor performance analytics to optimize the intranet portal experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and configuring portals in ServiceNow, particularly Employee Center Pro
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow UI Builder
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Employee Center Certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with design tools such as FIGMA or Adobe XD
- Background in HR, ITSM, or digital workplace transformation projects
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Ability to conduct A/B testing during the design stages
