      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff members
      - Assist with basic intake and caller vetting when needed
      - Schedule appointments and manage calendar entries efficiently
      - Provide a warm and professional first impression to all callers
      - Maintain accurate records in Lawmatics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available for scheduled work shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM [MST][MDT]
      - Proficiency in Lawmatics (CRM) and DialPad (VOIP) software
      - Exceptional phone and listening skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Fluent in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a receptionist or scheduling role, particularly in a legal setting
      - Familiarity with residential construction defect cases
      - Experience managing call flow and appointment scheduling
