      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Open and organize new personal injury claims while maintaining accurate records
      - Request and track balances and total charges from medical providers and other entities
      - Communicate with insurance adjusters and legal representatives as needed
      - Draft and send letters of representation to insurance companies
      - Monitor and update case statuses regularly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a legal or administrative support role
      - Familiarity with personal injury claims and insurance processes
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Proficiency in using case management systems and office software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with case management systems in a legal context
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
