What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate closely with the Shared Services Supervisor to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Scrub and review duplicate payments, returns, and other financial data for accuracy
- Communicate data issues effectively with Job Supervisors/Managers
- Maintain effective working relationships with Operations staff and IT
- Participate actively in team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for interaction with vendors and internal staff
- Strong organizational skills and self-directed work ethic
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to dedicating the necessary time and resources to achieve desired results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data analysis or financial review roles
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial services industry practices
- Proficiency in data tracking and management software
