What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete proprietary quality control on valuation products, including BPOs and proprietary valuation forms
- Review quality control escalation files and work towards resolution
- Provide a probable sales price opinion or sales price range for properties
- Summarize repairs and other factors impacting property value and marketability
- Review property valuation and inspection reports for completeness and accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of the residential real estate market
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate to explore alternative solutions
- Ability to make decisions with a moderate impact on the immediate work unit
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of real estate valuation experience, preferably in a review role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a quality control or review role within real estate valuation
- Familiarity with valuation products and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
