- Work with operations, regions, and affiliates on launch activity planning and support within cardiovascular disease as a new TA
- Drive development and roll-out of unbranded payer materials to support payer education and awareness of patient burden and unmet needs within cardiovascular disease
- Represent the Other Serious Chronic Diseases (OSCD) market access team in cross-functional project teams and governance to support project decisions
- Have a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Biology, Public Health or Pharmacy
- Possess comprehensive market access experience (+4 years), both from strategic and operational market access roles, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry and/or a consultancy company
- Show a high degree of business and industry insight, and you have solid experience with setting the direction and the strategy for the area
- A deep level of Therapeutical Area (TA) knowledge within cardiovascular disease is preferred but not a requirement
- Fluent in English

The position
A s the Global VSPE Lead, you will drive strategic projects within therapeutic area development and launch activity planning as we get the full organization ready to enter a new therapeutic area (TA) for Novo Nordisk.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to join an international and high-performing team in Copenhagen, Denmark. In the role, you will engage proactively with the broader market access network of stakeholders in both Global and Operations with a high degree of commercial impact .
The job is a temporary position until 31 Dec 2024, but as the area is still growing, a permanent position may become available.

About the department
The OSCD Market Access team sets the payer facing direction for Novo Nordisk’s future drug portfolio within the Other Serious Chronic Diseases (OSCD) franchise: cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and NASH/liver disease. As such, the team provides strategic input to the value strategy and payer requirements for our pipeline products across the franchise.
