- Implements and enforces all health and safety policies set forth by the school.
- Serves to support student engagement and behavior, including any necessary documentation and communication with the Athletic Director.
- Attends any required professional development through classes, lectures, and presentations.
- Respects and helps to maintain program space, materials, and other school facilities.
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience playing and/or coaching volleyball in high school or a higher level is required.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about working in an athletic atmosphere.
- Experience working with children is preferred.

VARSITY VOLLEYBALL COACH PART TIME Atlanta, GA
Atlanta Classical Academy seeks a Head Girls Varsity Volleyball coach for the 2025-2026 season. The mission of Atlanta Classical’s Athletic Department is to develop student-athletes in mind, character, and body through quality and meaningful competition that emphasizes virtue, community, and the love of the game. Coaches are expected to plan and implement developmentally appropriate practices for athletes, teaching athletes to develop their skills, the rules of the sport, and how to successfully implement strategies and tactics within a game. Coaches must communicate with parents as necessary regarding any issues, game or practice changes, etc. This position would begin in August 2025 and has an estimated time commitment of 10 hours per week.

About Atlanta Classical Academy:
Atlanta Classical Academy is an open-enrollment, public charter school open to students who reside within the Atlanta Public Schools district. The school opened in 2014 with grades K – 8, and has added a grade each year as students have advanced. It is now a K – 12 academy. The children of full-time employees have enrollment preference and would be offered a seat in the school.
