      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales objectives and grow market share for Peripheral Vascular products
      - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals to drive business growth and therapy adoption
      - Educate customers on product features and ensure effective use of products in clinical settings
      - Monitor market trends and competitive information, communicating relevant data to sales management
      - Plan and implement effective sales presentations and marketing strategies to maximize account penetration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience, or 5 years total sales experience with at least 2 years of experience with the employer
      - Must be able to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively by car and plane

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, or surgical sales
      - Degree in biological science or business
      - Knowledge and experience in operating room and hospital protocols
      - Demonstrated ability to grasp technology and applications, including iPad and Salesforce.com
      - Top 10% past performance or recognition such as President's Club winner
