      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales and market share growth for Peripheral Vascular products in the assigned territory
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate accounts and drive therapy adoption
      - Train medical staff on product usage and procedures to ensure effective implementation
      - Build and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and customers
      - Monitor market trends and competitive information to inform sales strategies and management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of experience
      - Proven sales experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
      - Strong understanding of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple accounts within the region
      - Ability to effectively communicate and engage with medical personnel and customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience with at least 6 years in selling medical devices or capital equipment
      - Degree in biological science or business
      - Proven track record of top performance, such as being a President’s Club winner
      - Experience in teaching and educating medical personnel and peers
      - Familiarity with the reimbursement landscape in healthcare
