      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule sales calls to meet with current and potential customers, fulfilling revenue and unit growth objectives
      - Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific accounts and market needs
      - Analyze sales figures and develop action plans to achieve annual sales goals
      - Educate customers on the clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations
      - Build and maintain relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate future sales opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of previous medical device sales experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a combination of sales experience and relevant educational background
      - Strong clinical, analytical, and selling skills
      - Proven ability to manage a large number of accounts effectively
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A four-year degree with a background in sales and a proven track record of success
      - Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
      - Familiarity with the venous and arterial portfolio of medical devices
      - Ability to adapt to and learn from coaching and direction from teammates
      - Experience in conducting educational presentations for healthcare professionals
