      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and manage the provider network in support of the company's contract
      - Assist in enhancing the physician portal and future service enhancements
      - Contribute to the design and implementation of programs to build positive relationships with providers and practice managers
      - Support the development and management of provider networks
      - Assist in training and developing external providers through education programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of healthcare/managed care/event coordination experience
      - Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
      - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time when needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Provider relations and/or provider network experience
      - Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
      - Intermediate level proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
      - Ability to rebound quickly in reaction to adversity
      - Ability to build networks and relationships
