      Job Description:

      Key Responsibilities
      - Lead end-to-end business analysis for Veeva QMS implementations and enhancements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements
      - Translate quality and compliance needs into functional specifications and workflows
      - Configure and support Veeva QMS modules including Document Control, Training, Change Control, CAPA, and Audit
      - Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions aligned with regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, EMA)
      - Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging
      - Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities
      - Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery
      Required Skills & Qualifications
      - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Life Sciences or Pharma domain
      - Strong hands-on experience with Veeva QMS platform and modules
      - Solid understanding of quality processes: CAPA, Deviations, Change Management, Audits, and Training
      - Familiarity with GxP regulations and validation documentation (CSV, IQ/OQ/PQ)
      - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
      - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
      - Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
      Preferred Skills
      - Veeva Vault Certification
      - Exposure to other Veeva Vault applications (e.g., Veeva RIM, Veeva Docs)
      - Experience in global rollouts and multi-site implementations
