What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support various client and internal reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion of operational tasks
- Effectively communicate issues with Program Coordinators
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Coordinate logistics and transportation tasks in support of clients
- Utilize AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, and Excel as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction
- Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls
- Experience with AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, and Excel is a plus
- Must be willing to support MST or PST time zones
- Must be located in specified areas, but the position is 100% remote
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with transportation logistics
- Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of AIMS and MySC systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
