What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
- Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work scheduled shifts Monday to Friday without weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, or hotel environment
- Familiarity with automotive processes or vehicle management
