What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound customer calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Analyze problems with customer equipment rapidly and accurately
- Escalate tickets to appropriate teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Create and update tickets for every customer interaction, ensuring proper documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Call center experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with troubleshooting customer equipment and technology
