      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
      - Process payroll correction forms and ensure timely vendor payment processing
      - Conduct vendor meetings and provide updates on payment statuses
      - Analyze processes and recommend improvements for internal controls and documentation
      - Train Accounts Payable employees and assist the finance team with various projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college education preferred
      - 2-4 years of accounts payable experience preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
      - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related accounts payable role
      - Familiarity with vendor management systems or accounting software
      - Ability to analyze key metrics and prepare relevant documents
      - Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures in a healthcare setting
      - Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team members and vendors
