What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between customer care organization and third-party service providers
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents for analysis and presentations
- Maintain relationships with internal customer-facing groups and back office operations
- Conduct call center metrics and financial analysis
- Assist in service provider invoice reviews and budget management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in energy industry operations, retail operations, or call center operations
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and performance improvement
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong project management and relationship skills
- Experience with Vendor/Service Provider Management
