      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee vendor performance to deliver feedback and develop strategies for profitable growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 3-5 years of Regional Manager experience
      - 2-4 years of management/team leadership experience required
      - Proficiency in workforce management systems
      - Management experience in logistics, transportation, or operations
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
