      Position Overview

      The Vendor Master Data Coordinator works with Kiewit’s suppliers and internal customers to complete data entry and make changes for our vendors, resolve discrepancies, and respond promptly to questions and concerns.

      Location

      This position is based out of our Kiewit Business Center at 7700 Eastport Parkway. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting. We offer an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of employment.

      Responsibilities

      • Set-up Accounts Payable vendors in SAP
      • Complete audit and validation of vendor setup requests
      • Coordinate efforts between Kiewit field personnel for timely and accurate setup of vendors
      • Perform testing and validation of system changes
      • Assist with the maintenance of department documentation
      • Operate within strict internal controls
      • Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement
      • Perform other job-related tasks as needed or assigned

      Qualifications

      • Associate’s degree preferred or high school diploma with at least 2 years Customer Service experience
      • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
      • Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word
      • Strong analytical, math and organizational skills
      • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
      • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment
      • Effectively work independently and as part of a team
      • High commitment to meeting deadlines
      • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage a fluctuating workload
      • Prior SAP experience is preferred
      • Bilingual experience, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
