      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage the Ops vendor management program, including frameworks for sourcing and assessing vendors
      - Lead oversight of third-party service partners, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs
      - Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement vendor enhancements and resolve performance issues
      - Drive strategic project management for critical escalations and high-priority projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4–6 years of experience in Business Operations or Program Management, preferably in healthcare or high-growth startups
      - 2+ years of direct experience in BPO vendor management with a proven track record
      - Experience building vendor management programs from scratch and scaling them
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
      - Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract platforms and project management tools (such as Asana)
      - Familiarity with AI tools to streamline vendor management processes
      - Proven ability to manage a vendor portfolio of 10+ vendors
      - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
