      Who are we hiring? The Venues People Practices team is the key support for operations managers and business leaders regarding time & attendance, scheduling, labor, application of CBA rules, and employee support for those that work in the various MSG venues. The Temp Associate will be responsible for developing process improvements and managing special projects as assigned. What will you do? Redefine qualifications for MSG venue employees. Develop training/user guides to be utilized by the Venues People Practice team. Identify a way to improve the time off request process. Perform other duties as may be assigned by leadership. Excellent communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with various levels of employees, both internal and external Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
