      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct IV&V activities on assigned projects to assess project health and compliance with client standards
      - Review project documentation for completeness and quality, including charters, plans, schedules, and contracts
      - Evaluate project deliverables for alignment with requirements and adherence to quality standards
      - Monitor project performance metrics including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
      - Produce IV&V service plans, monthly health reports, and final summary reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably on large and complex technology initiatives
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) or similar quality assurance services
      - Strong experience in high-visibility, public sector, or highly regulated project environments
      - Deep understanding of PMI PMBOK, risk management frameworks, and QA best practices
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
      - Experience with politically sensitive or executive-level technology programs
