What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Stay informed about the latest wireless technology and product offerings
- Generate and qualify sales from lead-generated call sheets
- Communicate product information, including pricing and device features, to customers via phone
- Manage leads with effective tracking and follow-up methods
- Meet or exceed established daily metrics for calls, sales, and follow-ups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred
- Experience in customer service over the phone preferred
- Ability to maintain a quiet, secured work area for remote work
- High-speed home internet connection and ability to connect via ethernet cable

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
